#004 How To Interview Well Virtually And In-Person To Get The Job

Episode #4

When interviewing for other positions inside your existing company, it’s good to also interview externally as well. This way, if you have other job offers, you can use their “potential salary” as leverage in your existing one.

Point #1 – Interviewing over the phone

Try not to wear patterns on dresses or ties as they tend not to look as flattering on most webcams. Stick to solid colors.
